Our belief in achieving financial goals ethically has always defined what we do and how we do it. We don’t exist to make the maximum possible profit, but to make the maximum possible profit, ethically. We don’t colour outside the lines.

We do not encourage trading and speculation, we believe in long term gains, so do most of our clients considering the majority have been with us almost from the year we set up shop. It is a matter of pride for us that in the 20+ years of our existence, we have never ever been on the wrong side of the regulators.

A first generation entrepreneur, Manoj had his keenness for the stock market when he established Jade Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1996, with hands on experience of more than 25 years Manoj believes in long term wealth creation, an approach which syncs well with his clients.

Sanjay Malpani

Founder and Director

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Sanjay is also an equities market maven. He began his career in 1986 with a distributorship of Vasvadatta Cement—today one of Pune’s largest cement brands. His professional associations include leadership roles with multifarious organizations such as Sanjay Knit Pvt. Ltd., which deals in advertising contracts with companies in the private and public sector. Sanjay also holds a directorship with Netsurf, a pioneering D2C company that brings a variety of healthcare-, personalcare-, and agro-products to consumers across the country.
